RETURN POLICY

Friedaandnellie.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 7 business days of its arrival for a full refund or exchange. Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please email customercare@friedaandnellie.com for instructions.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Frieda and Nellie, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders:
Friedaandnellie.com offers domestic shipping via USPS. Our current rates include $5 Standard Ground Shipping for all Domestic Orders, and Free Standard Ground Shipping for all Domestic Orders over $250.

** Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders may take additional time.

SHIPPING TO CANADA AND OVERSEAS

All international shipments are shipped via USPS International Priority for a flat rate of $35, unless you select an alternative shipping method.

Shipping is not available Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.

Frieda&Nellie, Inc. will do everything possible to ensure to quick delivery of your order; however, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

PREMIUM SHIPPING TO CANADA AND OVERSEAS

For expedited international shipping we ship UPS. Costs for this shipping method are calculated at checkout.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through friedaandnellie.com. Please e-mail customercare@friedaandnellie.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been purchased within the last 6 months, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than 6 months there will be a fee of $25 for the repair determined once the item has been inspected and shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

ANOTHER RETAILER

Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
