RETURN POLICY will accept items for exchange or credit within 7 business days of its arrival for a full refund or exchange. Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items purchased on within the last 6 months- Repair is FREE

Items purchased more than 6 months ago on are subject to a repair fee. Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair. Cost will be determined once the item(s) have been inspected by frieda&nellie inc. Due to the nature of our products, we may not have certain components needed to repair older items.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.


Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

Because our items are made by hand using specially selected vintage elements, stones and other components, we may not be able to repair certain items due to unavailable components.
